How can i get the same energy levels one gets when drinking an energy drink in a healthy way
without energy drinks (for example red bull)
and in a healthy way....without any drugs or other stuff that might be dangerous to the system, and that can be used on a daily basis.............please only serious answers!

Answer:Red Bull isn't an energy drink. It may speed up your metabolism but it has no lasting health benefits. When your talking about energy your talking about a broad subject. Your best bet is to start reading about the health benefits of supplements, real raw food, exercise, meditation etc. Having lots of energy means you need to keep the body in balance with enough vitamins, minerals, carbs, protein, oils, and water.
