It is sold in Canada.

Answer:

Ingredients: 375mg Acetylsalicylic Acid, 15mg caffeine & 8mg codeine.

Aspirin with Codeine is an OTC product sold in Canada & is used to treat mild to severe pain. It contains two drugs: Acetylsalicylic Acid and codeine. Acetylsalicylic Acid, is used to reduce pain and fever. Codeine, a narcotic analgesic, is used to treat pain that is moderate to severe. People who are allergic to Tylenol can take Aspirin with Codeine.

Aspirin with Codeine contains a narcotic (codeine) and, even if taken in prescribed amounts, can cause physical and psychological addiction if taken for a long periods of time. Addiction may be more of a risk for a person who has been addicted to alcohol or drugs. Be sure to follow your doctor's instructions carefully when taking Aspirin with Codeine, or any other drugs that contain a narcotic.

Everything that is said about name brand Aspirin 222 w/ codeine holds true for the generic version. The only difference is that you save a great deal of money by purchasing the generic version.

my sister used to take it. it was the only thing that would help her back. she was born with a severe spine problem. she took it for about 4 yrs but then it just didn't work anymore.
I love 222's and they're the only things that work for when I'm having severe back pain (I've been in a car accident) or serious sinus problems. However, as a previous answer said, they have codeine in them and are addictive so I only take once in a great whle when nothing else works.
