Not yet but have heard Maca is really good so I'm tempted.
My friend bought some last week so I'm going to see how she goes on.It can be quite expensive I believe so shop around if you decide to try it.
I'd take maca over synthetic hormones (Premarin for example), but my first choice would be to use bio-identical hormones with diet, exercise and supplements.
yeah my mums friend used it and it really helped her.she ended up getting alot of her friends on it...but i guess it the sort of thing u should just try.
