I would like to get back to my sport faster and was wondering if Bowen Therapy would help?
Answer:My husband went for therapy and although he felt better in many ways afterwards, it turned out his inury was a detached tendon. Bowen couldn't help that reattach, but he did feel better. I've recently gone for frozen shoulder syndrome. I'm astonished at how much I improved in just a few hours. I'm now thinking I will recover entirely from this in just a few short weeks or days even. I can't tell you how thrilled I am about that. My advice: if you think it is a detachment, you probably need surgery. Other problems? Bowen is likely to help. Give it a try! It absolutely can't hurt.
Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies you may find you do not need surgery. Physical therapy takes the perspective of forcing muscles where massage therapy trys to relax them so they can heal.
