I've been researching alternatives to anti depressants and was wondering if anyone has tried these capsules for their depression? I know of the link between the omegas and the brain.. just wondering if anyone has tried this brand of capsules or another similar? Thanks guys!!!
Answer:VegEPA capsules have the same minerals and vitamins in it that correct depression. Depression depending on what kind is caused by lack of certain vitamins and minerals in the body. Dont forget to follow up with a good diet.
I have never heard of VegEPA capsules but a friend of mine takes this natural liquid supplement called Vemma that seems to help. It has all the minerals and vitamins in it. Good luck and hope you find something.
