is it safe to take evening primrose oil and st johns wort together
Answer:They should be fine, as both are natural.The only thing you have to watch with st.johns wort is not to mix it with prescribed antidepressants, and with evening primrose,if you are taking phenothiazine.

The only thing about st john's wort is that it slows the effect of other medicines, so you may not be getting the full effects of the evening primrose oil.
