Doing meditation and yoga the energy levels are immence but sometimes i feel the energy levels r dra
some times the energy levels are so low that i feel dejected , anger takes its place and everything seem to be shattered in life , i feel iam left alone in this world with nobody to my rescue.......why im not satisfied with life and what is satisfaction and fulfillment in life according to you sir.....
Answer:Because your amount of life forse energy (ch'i, ki, prana, mana) varies from day to day. according to how much sleep you had the night before, the types of food you eat, amound of stress you experience from day to day, etc.
So your going from feeling very high to very low?
Are you hypoglycemic? Are you having hormone problems? Is there a source of stress that keeps triggering past problems that drag you down? All these things will do it. There is no way to answer your question without knowing more about you. Actually your not alone. There are always people around you that care. Your perception won't let you see it. Your emotions are distracting you. At this point your a mystery.
Sometimes (often) the hardest thing to do is to get "on our mat" Yes, the lasting result from any yoga practice or a meditation is awesome. However, if there are underlying issues, it can only take you so far. It sounds like you are depressed. Either a situational episode or maybe chronic. I have not had the opprotunity to speak with you.If you have heavy, painful issues in your life, by all means, continue with your practice. But you also may need a little extra help. I would call my Dr., and see what is out there for help. So, strange I came to this question today. I just finished a certification course in my continuing practice. Yoga for Depression. There is a wonderful, very informative book called just that "Yoga for Depression" by Amy Weintraub. Try amazon or Yogafit Website.Very fast reading, simple helpful tips, and it also pretty much narrows it down to needing professional assistance for awhile, and continuing certain posesthat may give you some solice. Hang in there---Namaste'
first of all check up urself, have a nice food, then take rest for 2 hours, do some work for 3 hrs have a pleasent bath and sit for yoga and meditation.do yoga nidra .the meditation it gives tremendrous results after u do yoga. u can do yoga nidra.then all the exhaustion will disappear.and it will be very active.first of all check whether u have bp or diabeties the proceed.when u do meditation continuosly for some days all the exaustion and depression will disappear.
the important thing is to get on the mat at the same time of the day at least 5 days a week. That stability will be the source for sorting out the rest of what is going on internally.
