I have high cholesterol and One side effect is now I have high b/p.

I know that cholesterol is make in the liverand I've done some research and It looks like over 50 years of abuse my liver and maybe colon need to be cleaned out. Any way this can be done ?

No. It's not that easy. If it were, no one would have high cholesterol. Talk to your doctor. Diet & exercise, and maybe medication is needed to reduce cholesterol.

It might be a little painful and you might spend alot of time in the bathroom, but a natural way to cleanse yourself is to drink. A LOT of apple juice. the 100% stuff not that stuff loaded with sugar. Half a bottle or so and you'll be clean in NO time! Seriously.
