my chest is sore and hurts to cough if u can list some thing to help lose it quicker

I have bronchitis too. For a home remedy, drink, drink, drink! Also, Vick's Vaporub is good for loosening up the chest. If possible, stay home and rest for a few days and see if you're better. If you're not better in a few days, you should go to the ER or see your doctor. You don't want it to go to pneumonia, then you could end up in the hospital. Take good care.

Please avoid eating iced drinks, ice-cream, boiled rice, white flour products, iodised salt, sugar and milk.
