roaches do bite. and for a few days, there would be quite a big and warm lump on the area where it bit you. this is a normal reaction of the body so don't panic.

just wash your hands and the site frequently with soap and water and you can start forgetting about it. but if it starts to get redder and bigger and very painful, not to mention any kind of discharge from the bite, you should go directly to a nurse or a doctor.

Maybe it wasn't a roach. Maybe a different insect. I don't think they bite.

Never heard of roaches biting before. It's a new one too me. Sure it's not a spider bite? I'd suggest some antibacterial cream. Don't think you'll catch anything.

Roach's are dirty creatures. But, you shouldn't have any ill effects from the bite.

Are you sure it was a roach? I've handled roaches before and they didn't bite. I don't think they CAN bite.
