Sneezing is a complex neurological response to irritation in the upper portions of the nasal cavity. The nervous system is very "busy" and does many things at once in addition to trying to keep all other systems in check. Losing control of your anal sphincter (the ring of muscle that "holds poop back") may be a normal reaction your body has.
While I'm sure this is embarrassing for you, I do not believe it is a big deal. If it keeps happening, speak to your GP.
