Woke up hungry and ate something, now i feel like im going to barf

i couldnt sleep cuz i felt hungry and i ate somethgn, now i feel like im goign to barf. i hav to be up at 6 tomoro please i need help to get to bed now. How do istop feeling sick

You might get heartburn after eating too quickly or eating particular foods. Did you eat too fast? Sit down and try to relax and slowly drink a cool glass of water. Then lie down in bed on your left side and stretch your stomach out and rub it softly in slow circles while you try to fall asleep. That usually helps me feel better.
what ever you ate made you sick. you should take some tums or drink some water slowly if this doesn't help drink some seltzer water
maybe what u ate wasnt good anymore.....just barf it actually helps believe it or not
drink baking soda only if you didnt over eat you can hurt yourself. baking soda will work though,so will pepto or you can try water that eases my stomach alot.
