it started at 6 yrs old thought it was growing pains im 32 now i dont have insurance at this time. but they ache when i excersize and when i dont. i take vitamins ive tried potassium, &calcium it feels better when i stretch them and massage but i only lasts while im doing it it drives me crazy i use non additing pms when its really bad to get sleep please help!!!

might have that restless leg thing.........try rubbing them, maybe deep heat, heating pad.....
