Why does my left foot hurt lots of pressing pressure
If you're female, it could be caused by the shoes you're wearing.
If you're athletic, maybe you injured it somehow (even gradually) with the way you're working out. Or even just sprained it walking around.
Depending on the kind and degree of pain and how long it's lasted, you might want to go see your doctor. If you're in a lot of pain, you want to get it treated before you make things worse by walking on it even more. An x-ray or MRI can help determine what the injury is and what you need to do to fix it.
In the meantime, put a pillow under your foot while you sleep to keep it elevated. It has something to do with blood flow and healing/relieving pain. It's what I had to do with injuries in my limbs.

also..could be a stress fracture...see...a ..podiatrist
It could be corns? I'm not a podiatrist, but perhaps you should go and see one? It is hard to know with such little explanation... hope you find some relief soon
Did you ever play football, hockey or indeed any sport? Scan your history, you may have had an injury. So get your foot x-rayed at the hospital.
There is a chance it is the muscles in your calf... Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things causing pain.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
