Why does my butt muscle hurt so bad

I dont know why but my right butt muscle hurts so bad I have a hard time walking....I am 38 yo,no health issues(yet). I did pinch a buldging sciatic nerve on that side about 21/2 mos ago but I thought that was over. Could this be related to this? It feels like it is very deep into the muscle.
Answer:Yes, it could be related. Why don't you see an orthopaedic surgeon, if you haven't already, and see what your non-surgical options are first, then, proceed if necessary. Best wishes.

I think it's the sciatic nerve. Especially if it is a known problem and the pain is consistent. I have it as well. Sucks.

If it is just in your right lower buttocks than it is probably due to a stress as of over extension but if you have had sciatic issues you should see a doctor as soon as possible!!!
