Why do my knees hurt
I can walk, run or do any other activity without a problem, but when I get up from sitting a while my knees ache. If I sit through a movie they hurt for a half an hour. After a day of sitting through classes they will hurt for up to a week. Why do they hurt and what can I do about it?
Answer:If you feel pain or discomfort as a result of weather shifts: humidity, cold etc. it might be arthritic. If not, could be an inflammation of the soft tissue causing excess fluid buildup. If you are a serious runner, cut back a bit it is brutal on the knees. Take an over the counter anti-inflammatory, I find Advil is best. The prescription variety such as Celebrex, Vioxx or Bextra would of course require a visit to an orthopedist and they do have serious side effects. I also take Glucosimine - it's been a help for my pain. Good luck, feel better
Maybe your knees are "falling asleep" but in a more weird way.
Take Chongroitin Glucosamine...it builds up the cartilidge in your knees
maybe you've been on 'em too much.
sounds like you have arthritis see your Dr
hello
i have that problem 2
it is when your tendons grow or strech to slow for your bones
there is know cure
i get that problem all the time
just keep your knee streched out before
running and excersise
You should check it with your doctor. He may have your blood examine for uric acid level , xray, up to prescribing anti-inflamatory drugs
i think it is because you are growing taller.
