had a l non cancerous tumor in my sinus that was causing the problem..had it removed and havent had any more problems.

see your doctor but it sounds stress related. have your blood pressure checked. go to a longs drug store they have the free blood pressure machine there. but see a doctor any way it could be a sign of something whores

theres are many reasons for headaches. the most common being dehydrated are you ever thirsty? when you get thirsty you are actualy already dehydrated. there is also posture and i would look at making sure you sit up straight and wear supportive shoes, also there is air quality which may be your case. when you change air you breath from going to house/car/store/school etc all those different airs can give you a headache. if your pressure is in the ears you may want to try wearing earplugs, be sure you don't have your mp3 player up more than 60% volume. you can try this breathing technique for destressing.... in for 5 seconds then hold for 8 seconds and exhale for 9 and repeat 4 times.

Try this: Go somewhere quiet, like maybe your

bedroom, or to a park if it isn't crowded, sit

down and close your eyes, and try not

to think about anything for at least ten minutes. Put

your hands on either side of your head in front

of your ears and massage your head.

You might also try jazz ballads, or go to

Cryosleep in Shoutcast on Winamp, or listen

to one of those Moods CD's like Target sells.

migraine headache, however, I cannot vouch for

people have caffiene headaches, which come

from caffiene withdrawal.
