Why do i feel this way
We work the longest hours in Europe.
The only thing I will do is to plan for my entertainment on Monday night. If you are too tired to go out on weekdays night, plan for your next weekends.
If looking forward to your next weekend does not help, go for a jog on Sunday. Run until you are too tired to think.
Maybe you feel that way to balance out the week?
Think about it: everything in this world balances out. At the end of the work week, let's say, Thursday or Friday, you become elated that the weekend is approaching. Friday and Saturday are probably spent relaxing, catching up on missed items during the week, and either the game or the bar scene. Sunday is probably used to reflect on the week and spend more time with family and friends.
During this weekend, your body creates less endorphins than the work week. The first effect of this is a sluggish feeling in your limbs. Normally, you feel drowsy, thus why you sleep in on Saturdays.
On Sunday and Monday, you still have less endorphins, therefore your dread of the work week. A good way to counteract this is to exercise on Saturday and Sunday. Start by jogging around your block at an easy pace. Or, if you own a PS2, get Dance Dance Revolution and a dance pad; believe me, thirty minutes of dancing will help.
NO...I'm not bothered.
Its hard when you don't like where or what your working at, maybe a change would do you the world of good. See how whats on offer, maybe even change what you do altogether, it could be a fresh start for you.
sounds like the work you have is makeing you feel trapped, simple solution - do something about it, i say simple but it gives a false hope, it may not be easy but it is totally possible!!!
