Every once in awhile I get this Really painful sharp pain in my leg located I guess on my calf! It feels like a charlie horse. I think its when i stretch at night. All of the sudden...I get this pain! I start crying. When I touch the spot it hurts it feels caved in! Whats wrong with me why is it doing that??? It's the most painful thing in the world! Then the next morning its really sore and i can barely walk on it!

you could have restless leg sydome and you need to go to the doctors and get check out this cause serval pain in the legs and it could be a blood cluck in your leg and it can be very serious

Is it a cramp? if it is...you're not getting enough water/electrolyes in your daily regimen....

sounds like either a pinched nerve, or as the lady said, it could be restless leg syndrome. i have rls, and mine is characterized by leg pains, the feeling that the only relief i can get from the pain is to get up and walk around. it feels like u've got thousands of lil stick pins jabbing ur muscle. my doc put me on muscle relaxers after my diagnosis, and it had helped tremendously. another thing that helped b4 i got diagnosed was hot baths. there are bath salts in the homeopathic isle at wal-mart that are wonderful for stress and strain on ur muscles. u might wanna check it out. if it doesn't clear up, call ur doc. Good luck, and i hope u feel better soon!! oh. p.s., if it is rls, i find walking about four hours b4 i go to bed helps tremendously.

You may have a low blood calcium level. I get these cramps when my calcium intake is not high enough. My mother also gets these cramps when she exercises vigorously and has been dealing with this for a while. After she exercises for a certain amount of time at a certain level of effort she goes to the doctor and they take her blood to test the levels of calcium. They discovered that hers was really really low, so she takes extra supplements now, and has no problem.
