It's been a while since I stopped smoking socially, but I took two cigs a while ago. Right after I went through my second stick, I felt so nauseous and started sweating profusely. My head still hurts very much right now and I think I'm going to throw up or pass out at any minute. Why is this? How do I stop it? Please give me useful answers because I have to get over this as soon as possible and go back to working on my papers.

Thats not uncommon. Many new smokers experience nausea. It's because your body isn't used to the nicotine (as well as the many other harmful substances in ciggarettes). For further prevention, I would quit while your ahead and give up smoking completely.

dont smoke because its bad for u and you felt sick because you quit and your body is not ammune to it anymore. dont start again because its not worth it.

It's the nicotine.......STOP while you can....It's a very very bad habit to quit once you start. Drink a Sprite or 7-up with crackers to settle your stomach.
