I've had a lot of problems in school because I can't seem to turn of the alarm clock and stay awake. Sometimes I don't even hear the alarm clock or just turn it off asleep.
Answer:I got this theory -
No matter HOW long you stay asleep ... IF the alarm clock wakes you up - you will ALWAYS feel tired and not want to get up.
But!
If you sleep for ... lets say 5 hours... and you wake up on your own time, by yourself. You will feel refresh and ready to go.
So I guess there's no escaping being tired - you just have to force yourself. Like just roll out of bed... literally
BECAUSE UR ASLEEP
this isnt a scientific explanation but from personal experience i seem to be more sleepy in the morning and have a harder time waking up after i've slept longer. this might be just me. but if i only sleep for 4 hours opposed to 7, then i seem to have more energy the next day.
alarm clock are just crap!! wat u need to do is just think tat u need to get up by 5 r 6 in t mrng b4 u sleep.. thn u ll see the magic that u without alarm stuffs wake up exactly.. try out!!
The problem could be physical/medical or it could be psycological. Do you have breathing problems? Are you overweight? You could have sleep apnea, which prevents your body from ever getting fully to sleep (sleep apnea suffers cannot breath and choke during the night, so their body wakes them back up or keeps them in a light sleep. Often they are unaware that this is happening).
