there is a portion of your aorta -the largest blood vessel that travels down your abdomen to your legs. it has a pulse and that is what you see. it is most common in people with little belly fat.
if you use illegal drugs it can cause you heart to swell up to twice its normal size.....get off the crack and go to a doctor!!! like now.
I dont know, but I can see my pulse moving on my stomach. Its weird.....
