This is a dumb question, for the last few weeks since i had my new laptop, my fingers has started clicking badly and it hurts sometimes. When i start typing something, my bones in my fingers get stuck and it's really annoying when i am trying to type up coursework. Any advice?

Answer:

try putting your laptop on a desk. id also suggest resting your wrists on the surface of the table/desk as you type. i say this cos with a normal keyboard you can buy wrist rests, which have gel stuff in them, and you rest your wrists on them whilst typing (they help to raise arms to level of keyboard). at least if your arms are rested rather than suspended whilst typing you'll be putting less pressure on them

Your joints are getting locked up. This always happens to my thumb on my right hand. Maybe your whole body is out of alignment, and you should consider seeing a chiropractor. That was my problem, anyway. =)

take a break , because my fingers & hand hurt alot too and i was told to rest my hand more so my fingers wouldn't feel swollen up or my arm would hurt too .

Have you tried rubbing "Ben-Gay" ointment on your hands?

try code liver oil, it will help to lossen up the joints. if that doesn't work you may need to see the doctor.

have a break, my son is having problems with his thumbs as he uses his wii too much, you will end up with arthritis in later life if you aren't careful
