Why am i so tired all the time

Answer:Do you suffer from heavy periods, or are a vegetarian? If so, you could be Anaemic. Symptoms include extreme tiredness, feeling run down, shortness of breath, pale complexion etc. I would really recommend you go to see the GP, who can run a full blood count to check for any problems. The good thing is, if it is anaemia, it can easily be treated with Iron Supplements. If all is clear, at least you will have peace of mind that you have been checked out. Diet also has a big part to play in overall physical health. Good luck!

You might have sleep apnea, chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia. Go have a sleep study done.
This can be a sign of serious health problems. Make an appt with your doctor. It could be what's called apnea. This is where a person actually stops breathing for short periods of time while asleep. This occurs off and on all night. The end result is that the body is not getting proper oxygenation, and you're not getting true restful sleep. Another thing that could be wrong is that you're anemic. When a person's hemoglobin is low, the body is not getting the proper amount of oxygen, thus making you feel tired. These are 2 examples of what COULD be wrong, but a trip to the MD is well advised.
make sure you sleep the same amount consistently, always 8 hours starting at the same exact time. tiredness isn't based on lack of sleep, but lack of consistent sleep. (or fatigue, diet, motivation, etc)
eating correclty will help. make sure your diet includes protien, fruits, and veggies, and you do have to excercise somewhat. physical activity will help you feel better. If you are doing all of these things, then you really have to see a doctor to rule out a medical reason.
Another case similar to mine.I sleep 8h too but I feel tired.
Before I answer you, let me ask you something.Do you usually exercise?When you exercise,your body lets out a substance called endorphin. Endorphin lets you be more energetic.When I was 10 I had this case and I was careless enough to let 1 mark off my exam and I didn't get into the 2ND best class,but I went into the 3rd best class.Totally helpful.Wake up, stretch, do a few jumping jets and remember to eat your breakfast.
Go to your doctors and get checked out as this could be lots of things in fact a whole list. Good luck
