Why am i so tired all the time
I've been a vegetarian for 15 years and take no vitamin supplements (I've tried them in the past and didn't feel any different). I love my job and everythings ok in my life so i'm not depressed, but just feel so tired constantly. Felt like this for years. My grandfather had narcolepsy (the falling asleep at any time illness) and i'm scared incase i'm going to develop this too. Sometimes i feel that i could just lie down on the pavement and sleep. I get 8 hours of good sleep a night but still wake up feeling exhuasted. Bit scared to go to docs incase it's something serious though. I had glandular fever about ten years ago, and felt fine before that. Anyone else feeling like this?
Answer:You could be anaemic and may need iron supplements. You should see your doctor about this.
I am constantly feeling tired I do usually pick up when the summer is heading our way and we have lighter mornings. If you are worried though I would see a doctor because if there is anything wrong the earlier you see the doctor the better
I am but its because I am surplus to requirements. You might be diabetic. Dont be scared of the doc, this sort of thing is what they are there for.
Have your thyroid checked.
You could have M.E. Definitely see your Dr.
It could be alote of things, The bead, The kinda food you eat, Hay they even say that drinking soad make you feel back pain witch can make you feel tierd. Ther's no limets to the posabillitys. If it's nothing going to the docters is gonna help belive me. If it's small then and you can change it with cuting someting out of you'r day. Who cares if it helps. If it's big then girlly you need to take care of it befor it gets any worse and you know that.
hello there...you do not say how old you are?...you should have carried on taking vitamins because although you say you have tried them and didn't feel any different, your body probably could be mal-nourished..which might explain why you feel tired all the time....you should eat sensibly..by which I mean...protien...veg and fruit...at least these days there are alot of alternatives to meat, compared to say 10years ago...there is another thing I would like to mention...you also say you had glandular fever about 10years ago...could this have affected you in some way...you really ought to see a doctor and get checked out...they will probably do a blood test to try and ascertain what is happening.....
