Why am I cold Its been going on for 5 days now

It never happened to me before but 5 days ago, I started being always cold. Right It is 18 degrees in my house, I have a shirt, 2 sweaters and a big coat on. What can I do to get rid of these? Also what could have been causing it?
Answer:As you say the heater is on and still the temperature inside the room is 18 degree it means there is more ingress of cold air in your room. The perception of cold and hot , you may feel depends on the layer of fat deposited under your skin. If the fat layer is less you will feel more cold or hot in comparison to who have more fat layers. Fat layer is useful only in this regard as it isolates the sensing nerves from the environment.

If it is 18 degrees in your home and you're on the computer, your health is in serious danger. Get help quick!
Try turning on the heater, there is no reason for you to be in a house that is 18 degrees on the inside. If your heater can't keep up, or if there is no fuel oil, propane, electricity or whatever you use for heat, then go somewhere else where there is a warmer enviornment.
well if its really 18 degress in your house this is why you are cold...i am sure that was a typo though so my ? is have you been stressed lately cuz nerves can cause you to be cold..
18 degrees F. is cold unless it's 18 C. You must have some sort of chemical imbalance try iron or turn up the heater.
