Answer:There are a few reasons that make you so tired:
1. Low level of iron: You can improve by taking multi vitamins that consist of iron
2. A syntomp of other health problem. Do not worry but do not delay, make an appointment with your doctor.
3. Exercise. Lack of exercise can depreciate your stamina. Do regular exercise. Just half an hour after you wake up in the morning will help. Simple exercises that you can practice are skipping, push the wall and star jump.
4. Lack of self motivation. You may get bored with your routine of works. Motivate yourself. Remember life is not just contain of work and home. Life is not a rat race. It is about helping each other
5. Go holiday. May be you need a break. Get away to some places like beaches or hills where you can find peace and tranquility hence refresh yourself.
6. Avoid coke. Especially do not take coke with burger or hot dog. Studies show that, this can affect your mind and body system in which you would feel anxiety and unhappy.

Hope my advice would help you.
Your iron level may be low have your blood checked you could be anemic.
are you anemic. check with your doctor when was the last time you had a physical. sometimes people who are tired all the time, may be anemic meaning that they have low iron in their blood but only your doctor could tell you that. i would start by taking a vitamin supplement with iron, but certainly see your doctor as well.
You may be anemic... Try a multi vitamin with iron
Sounds to me like you need to increase your intake of the B group of vitamins. B12, in particular, deficiency will produce symptoms such as fatigue and exhaustion, heart palpitations, dizziness, nervousness, head and hand sweats, moodiness and irritability and inability to concentrate. You are probably also lacking in the other B group vitamins as they work synergistically. Do you also have sore tongue, lips and mouth, grainy and sandy feeling eyes and cracked skin around your fingernails??? This is B2 (Riboflavin) deficiency. Go to the chemist and get yourself a good quality multivitamin B complex supplement. Just ask the pharmacist which one is a good quality one to buy. Avoid synthetic vitamins, very hard to digest. You will get very quick relief from your symptoms once your body is receiving proper quantities of B vitamins.
