Answer:

Luden's is delicious. And worthless for sore throats. Too bad.

Mentho-lyptus has a slight cooling effect, which makes the throat feel better. You can try an anesthetic drop or spray if you don't mind a numb mouth.

But Luden's--love ya, Luden's, but you're CANDY! No medicinal effect!

Hall's clears your sinus's better. Both stop coughing well.

Ludens might taste great, but it doesnt work too good. Halls Mentho-lyptus might not taste as good, but it will work better. Though both of those arent the best cough drop u can take. Try STRENT LONG LASTING ANTI COUGH. It tastes good and works the best. This was my science project in high school,

and now im in medical school

All these throat drops give you only temporary relief dear. The menthol in them gives you a sterile and safe feeling. I am not saying it is wrong to use them - but they are not a cure. Like the old saying goes, "if it tastes good, it's probably not helping you very much healthwise." Luden's appears to be more candy than medicine, while Halls has a lasting effect after you take it.

they work for sore throats, and should give you some amazing results for that project!
