Ive recently started having chest pain whenever I would breathe or eat or drink or just swallowing saliva.

Answer:

Since I have (different) symptoms in the same general area, here's what you might look into:

1. Hiatal Hernia (worse when you're sitting or lying down, food related..)

2. Prinzmetal's Angina (rare but you did say your heart, and when you're resting...)

3. GERDS

4. Ulcer

It could be any number of things depending on your age from growing too fast to heart or lung problems. The best thing for you to do is go get a checkup and tell your symptoms to the doctor. Your life is nothing to take chances with.

Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things causing pain.

Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.

Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
