When you have a ringing in your ear is it that you are hearing it or is it that you are fealing it?
Answer:You're not hearing it with your ears, you're "hearing" it with the part of the brain which would be hearing it if it was from a sound, except instead it's from another stimuli targetting the same brain region. usually it's just a harmless mis-firing of a nerve signal.
