Every bad patch Ive been through Ive always known to grin a bear it and itll go away, only after a LONG time this patch just doesnt seem to be ending! I feel like that fella off the fast show "ooh bugger" where everything bad happens to him!

Maybe you're depressed - men are far less likely to recognize or seek help for depression, but a trip to your doctor could really help you if you're feeling hopeless and can't seem to snap out of it. Hope this helps.

know this may sound daft to you being you are a man but i would suggest you try St. Johns Wart ...it is fantastic i advised my daughter to start taking it about 2 years ago as she was feeling like you and she has never looked back and would not be without it ...take care

I think you may be depressed, or in need of some tlc. Guys have to have a hard *** attitude, because society doesnt let them hurt out loud. Your doctor may prescribe you antidepressants, or tell you to get a hobby or something. Either way take time for yourself and put yourself first for a while, dont cling on to things that are likely to fail, be happy but aware. No one else is going to protect your mental health but yourself, so cry, wipe the tears away and carry on. Never be ashamed to cry.

Dude it might sound crazy, but u can try finding these answers in astrology. If you can find a good indian astrologer, nothin like it.

Not all but many of us go thru these bad phases, which seem as if they're gettin worse by the day.
