If you are working out you are probably aware that many groups of muscles are used at the same time to preform any action. Shoulders seem to get used second only to backs which have to support us all the time. The possibilities of frozen shoulder (which could result if not taken care of) and rotator cuff injuries are both preventable and curable. The shoulder has been used (I will assume properly) with the entent of making the muscles working more than just around the house stuff. At times they can neglect to relax like they should, creating knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. Enough knots and things start not acting correctly.

Work both with a Chiropractor to make sure the problem is not compounded structurally by something out of alignment and a Massage Therapist to help get the knots to go away.
