When I run my ankle hurts. It kinda swells. I have never sprained it. . When I did track a couple of years ago it hurt , but i still ran. What should I do?? please read and reply
Answer:uhm, i use a brace for basketball and crossy country. i say go to a foot doctor and have him give you a brace or something..
