You will fall asleep and may or may not wake up.
You might wind up feeling worse than you think as Nyquil contains alcohol. Also you shoudn't be drinking when taking medication anyway.

Never mix alchol with any kind of medication!
Depending upon you health, who knows what it will do to you!
