It will not spread, but it definitely will scar (for quite a while). Spreading usually has to do more with your grease consumption and/or wiping your face with your hands without washing your hands first.

It's just a pimple. You won't have a scar at this point. You're young; your body regenerates itself amazingly fast at that age. Treat it with medicated ointment for acne. Don't mess with it, or it could get infected. Unless you get, like, a thousand of those all at the same time, your face'll be just fine.

You're 14. You're body is changing. This stuff happens. It's OK. It's perfectly normal. If you're still worried, you could go see a dermatologist. But that could become a really expensive pimple, really quick.

Firstly crisps do not cause acne, neither does chocolate! Acne is a blockage of pores caused by excess oil trapping dead skin cells, sweat and dirt in the pore. They are black if there is an opening and oxygen can still get in which causes a reaction or a whitehead if it is completely blocked and no chemical reaction with oxygen. These then get infected and start to swell so if you squeeze them pus (or white blood cells fighting the infection) come out. Yours by the looks is very very infected, more like a sore now than a pimple. DO NOT SQUEEZE! Your body is fighting the infection but if you have an antiseptic cream handy, like betadine or similar then use that not the acne cream. Treat it like a sore for 2 or 3 days and then see a dr if it hasn't started to heal up. This is where the myth about chips, chocolate and junk food comes in because the healthier you are and the better you eat then the better your body can fight infections even small ones like pimples.
