Please see the image above. I'm 14 and have always had blemishless skin until yesterday.

All it was yesterday was a very small black spot and then it turned red as if it was bleeding and I put some sudocrem 'for acne indications' on it. This morning, I woke up with *that* -- I tried looking up acne but is this a blackhead turning into a whitehead? Can that happen? Is it even acne - it's completely isolated.

Please inform me if you can as to whether it will spread or multiply, and if it will scar, and how I can reduce any of these symptoms should they occur.

----

I think I know the cause, having ate crisps lately (I never used to =x) but I still only snack appropriate (no more than one packet a day of course). Oh and I don't wear make-up but I do wash my face twice daily with 'Olay Cleanser for Make-up and impurities' and I'd been doing that for some time anyway.

I will be extremely grateful for any information.

Answer:

its just a spot that looks like it has become infected just use Quinoderm cream is about 拢3 from the chemist use it 3 times a day and it will be gone by wednesday.

It's just a zit calm down. put tit under some warm water and lossen up the skin. dry it off, and give it a good squeeze! Then with that bad boy, probably give the mirror a good wipe down too!
It looks like a zit to me... a blackhead to be more precise. Could be a boil though. Don't try popping it. I'd wait it out until it pops on its own, which could most likely be while you sleep (and most likely is.)
