Why must dialysate must be in that state for kidney dialysis?
Answer:Because if it is in another state, it turns into HOMEWORK (which some folks tend to avoid like the plague...)
dialysate is stored at a room temperature but when it goes into the body, the hemodialysis machine can regulate its temperature which is compatible to our body temperature. There are studies done about cold dialysate but the hospital that I am working does not adhere to this because this does not really do anything to the patient.
