normal male intake.

Answer:

I am not exactly sure, it varies but in this page you might find some information about dextrose (sugar). Hope this is helpful.

depends on how much u eat
dude not everybody takes in the same amount of sugar.!
25 gms maximum
No nutritionist has a definite answer, but you should try to not eat/drink things with added sugar to maintain a healthy sugar level
The USDA has not created a dietary standard for sugar and that is why there is no percent daily value on the nutrition facts of foods.

If you're diabetic, just monitor what you eat for a few days and note changes in your levels. Make sure to keep track of how many grams of sugar are in everything and just try to stay around those amounts.

dude...its the carbohydrates that mess with your blood sugar..not the amount of sugar something has

there is no way to prevent type 1. you can watch what you eat all ya want but thats not gonna prevent type 1. type 1 is usually a genetic thing though and usually diagnosed when your young.

to prevent type 2 just eat healthy and exercise. obesity is one of the main factors in developing type 2. that doesnt mean that skinny people cant get type 2 though either
