There is a large variation of age on this. I have no clue when I began, but I finished by age 46. I had started menstruation at age 9. Please try to get by without hormone therapy if you are able. I have older friends who are perimenapausal. Your doctor can help you more. Good luck


premenopause symptoms can start any time from age 40-55.

Sounds like you may be experiencing peri-menopause. These are the early syptoms of menopause. Symptoms can begin as early as the mid to late thirties.
