Please help i have just come up in these horrible spots that have appeared on my body they are on my legs, hips, arms, buttocks ,on and under my breasts. I have stopped using any frangranced products in the shower and my washing powder is the same as always. they last for a few days then go but then more appear. any ideas?
Answer:It could be an allergy. Have you changed washing powder or anything like that. Next time it happens run thru exactly what you did and where you went and ate etc that day. The answer may lie there.
Do they itch, because they could be the first signs of scabies which you can catch by touching the hands of an infected person, more common than you think.

Spicy foods,stress,anger and heat can cause skin rashes.
Look at these things before you do anything else.
Their isn't always a reason for getting spots, other than your growing up, and your body produces them from inside.
With these kind of spots, too much seberum is produced, making big red spots.
