What is austoporosises
This is about bones in body being weak due to insufficent calciume and i have been told that mostly Women have this poblems for two reson, 1.because of going through Praganacy.
2.after Momopause.
Most of the time 8 out of 10 it is women who r prone to this after the Age of 45yrs.
few cases Males r also effected.

your bones get thinner and break more easy cuz the older u get u lose more calcuim. smoking a lot causes it too, cuz the nicotine stops the bones from soaking up the calcium it needs. when your young, estrogen keeps the calcium in your bones, but when u get old and have menopause, u lose estrogen , so u lose calcuim, too. the treatment is eating lots of stuff with calcuim like ice cream, cheese, milk, real dark green veggies and doing stuff that gives your bones lots of exercise--playing sports, dancing, running, walking a lot.
Men can have it,but it affects women mostly and it is after menopause that a woman has it .If you smoke you really need to consider quitting.You need plenty of calcium in your diet and if you don't get it in your diet take a calcium supplement and we all need exercise. And that is what I know about osteoporosis
