I have had allergies all my life. Due to financial problems, I cannot buy medicines from the pharmacy, OTC and prescription.

I have tried Afrin, bad results. I was on Flonase, wonderful results. I have a few pills left of 3 year old Zyrtec-D which I think it quite weak because it is not having that much effect on me anymore.

I am a sufferer of allergies. When they rated my dust allergy from 1(being the lowest) and 10(being the highest), my level was about a 9.6...yeah, that bad. Now, I was on allergy shots for about 3 years then I could stop because it was over. Then I moved to a new location and my dust allergy has returned with a few different pollen allergies.

Most of the time, it is just the nose, stuffy, congested to the extreme, very painful pressure and no sleep. I cannot sleep when my nose is stuffy. So with that I suffer from insomia as well.

Help me please...I need real answers and not just go to the doctor because that is not an option!

Have you tried a neti pot? They're a godsend for those of us with terrible allergies. They rinse out all the allergens and remove the mucous without any side effects and you can use them whenever you like. No prescription needed and you can add medications if you like.
