Lie down with your feet propped on pillows and your head to the side for a few minutes.
hope that you never have teenagers is one... lol ... sorry you can try relaxing techniques. Find something that you are really in to , that really seems to be relaxing to you and see if that may help.
go on a low carb diet of meat and veggies
or eat garlic or take garlic pills
play yoga with ur head down legs up vertically hold 4 20-30 mins.
lay flat with our moements

Maybe go on a fast/detox to rid your body of metabolic waste that also may be effecting your blood pressure...
