Duac cream works for my cystic acne. Its a prescription, but first use a facial moisurizer, so you dont have a reaction to it. Its has worked miracles for me
Buy a commercial acne or pimple removal type cream from a pharmacy...
I wouldn't say they have miracle results, but they do work better than squeezing or leaving it or toothpaste. hehe
