Get accutane from the dermatologist...take it for 3-12 months and NEVER have another zit again.
drink 10 glsses of water every day.eat vege and fruits.thats all u can do and keep fit.and wash ur face.thts all that we can do
low fatty foods and high fluid intake..wash your face with mild soap at least twice a day... benzoyl peroxide is effective in getting rid of acne,also tretinoin.
there are things that the doc can give you to help get rid of the acne also watch what you eat that has an effect on it read up on it on web md site and others i think stride x works also and washing with a really good soap all the time so there you go keep it clean
ok u may not to believe me but in everyones body there r paricites they make u breack out and cause hair loss or thinning to u should take something to clean ur body out i use clean and clear face was and it works its a perple and white bottle i use to break out alot on my fourhead but i hardly break out now maybe one or two pimples but its not that bad than having ur face covered in them
From what i have seen in research in many places there is nothing that shows that acne is caused by food, but eating healthier will provide more vitamins and nutrients needed for the rest of your body as well as your skin. Water and bananas are very good.
