drink hot milk before you go to bed this will help you a lot!
Depends if it's chronic or just a once in a while thing. Before doing anything, stop drinking caffeinated drinks at 7 or 8pm. Stop watching TV 30-45 min before bed and try to shower/bathe before bed.
If that doesn't work, talk to your doctor. Ambien works well but shouldn't be used for long periods of time.
i juss did research on this and i found that a good thing to do is change ur sleeping habits go to bed in complete dark have a comfortable bed and maybe read a book within an hr of ur sleep time
Try melatonin 1mg about an hour before bed. You can buy it in the natural remedy/ herbal section of any drug store. Also, Benadryl works too. Then there are pharmaceutical options.
