What is a Piloniday Cyst

It's a cyst at the base of your spine (usually right at the top of the edge of your butt).

A lot of people have these and are not aware of them until they get infected. They can be removed but a lot of doctors don't recommend it because these cysts usually aren't localized and they branch into other sensitive areas.
