Is there anything to stop the itching or even make it go away completely??

thank you!

Answer:

First, you need to determine what caused you itch, if you get itch when nervous or feel hot, your skin must be dry. Try to put on some moisturizing lotion and drink plenty of water.

If you do drink alcohol or take supplement, you need to flush the toxins out once a while with Milk Thistle.

I'm taking milk thistle and it works really well.

have you heard of icy hot? go to the rite-aid/cvs stores and look for it. it's a cream thing that you put on it so it'll cool it down and help with the irritation.
oatmeal baths. They have something at most pharmacies that'll do it--it's great for heat rash, sunburn, and other skin irritations. Don't remember the brand name.
Heat rash is very annoying. I know from experience. Buy some hydrocortisone ointment and rub it on and soon you'll be rash free.
Nasty as it sounds, try vagisal or something like that. There are creams and stuff for heat rash but alot of them don't work well. You can also use stuff to dry it out like cornstarch.
