i work two jobs and im on my feet all day. i have been getting really bad leg cramps and i'm assuming that it is from standing too long.
Answer:U will get cramps i guess. Its bad 2 do anything for such a long time. Even sitting for 2 long will give u cramps
The muscles in your legs tire due to the constant weight they must endure. Also, the cartilidge in your joins will also be affected. Try to sit down when possible e.g on lunch and make sure to relax when you get home before going straight to bed. Performing routine exercises whilst at home will help build muscle strength and durability in the legs so it should lessen the problem.
First of all I wish you didn't have to work so hard and so long.been there,done that.if you can't lessen your workload the best bet would be to have some really good shoes with good support.I didn't buy the expensive ones.I got dr.scholls tennis shoes with gel.about $24 @walmart.They help a lot.Also for leg cramps ask the pharmacist while your'e there.I know some supplements but they might not work for you.so good luck and may you soon have"happy feet".
