Answer:Bilateral - both sides
Pedal - feet
Parasthesia - partial feeling (tingling, numbness, needly)

I'm thinking on the lines of pedial (doralis pedis). So it may possibly mean lack of bilateral dorsalis/foot pulses. Check out signs and symptoms of a DVT to see if it's in there. Good luck.
